DNA and PCR Testing Laboratory

To implement HALAL laws and regulations, the following condition was put into practice: -

  • Conduct laboratory tests to ensure that these foods or products are free from prohibited ingredients such as pork products or alcohols.
  • Interscience laboratory(ISL) carry out detailed analysis of various types of food & water matrices, whether it contain pork or alcohol contamination by real time pcr (RTPCR) and Gas Chromatography(GC-MS).
